Customer Assistance
COUNSELING
CEOGC case managers provide counseling for individuals needing support to deal with relationships, stress, self-esteem, anger, grief, and time management and goal setting. The Agency’s case managers are licensed social workers who assist by providing one on one counseling and intensive case management. Customers seeking this assistance must be willing to participate in an assessment to assure a successful counseling outcome. County residents interested in receiving counseling services should contact a case manager at one of the CEOGC Neighborhood Opportunity Centers.
PARENTING
CEOGC has parenting group session's facilitated licensed social workers. County residents interested in participating in the parenting group sessions must first contact a Neighborhood Opportunity Center for referral to a facilitator who will determine if they are appropriate for enrollment in the group or whether one-on-one sessions or referral due to another agency will meet their needs.
LIFE-SKILLS WORKSHOPS
CEOGC’s case managers (licensed social workers) offer a variety of Life-Skills Workshops that include topics such as self-esteem, stress management, job stress management, lifestyle change, healthy living, grief, anger management, personal growth, conflict management, and time management. The case managers may also offer other topics that are not listed. The Life-Skills workshops are offered at our Neighborhood Opportunity Centers and Head Start Centers or can be provided at another location. If you are interested in attending any of the Life-Skills Workshops you should contact one of our Neighborhood Opportunity Centers to find out when a case manager will offer the next Life Skills Workshop.
