Customer Service Certification Program

The Greater Cleveland community is fortunate to support a wide variety of industries that need qualified customer service representatives. From health care to hotel and hospitality to manufacturing and shipping, there are positions available for skilled and trained customer service representatives.

So why not arm yourself with the tools and resources you need to find a position in this field? Why not walk in the door with a certification beneath your resume – the certification that these employers want and are looking for?

The Council for Economic Opportunities Certified Customer Service Training Program teaches industry-proven customer service skills needed to be an International Customer Service Representative. Our curriculum is provided through the Rockhurst University Continuing Education Department, which offers a cutting-edge, interactive experience that gets you ready for the real work experience. The course consists of six online modules and classroom lectures led by certified instructors.

In addition to Customer Service training, students will learn the Windows 7 Operating System, Microsoft Office 2013 programs Word and Excel, Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy and Job Readiness. Upon graduation our students will receive a Certificate of Completion from each of their courses.
