CEOGC News: No Turning Back Program Celebrates Participants

On Wednesday, April 29th CEOGC's "No Turning Back" program for ex-offenders celebrated the successes of its 2009 class at a luncheon at the First Presbyterian Church of East Cleveland.

The nine members of the class of ex-offenders heard from a former member of the program who has gone on to a successful job at the City of East Cleveland and from Steven Marks, who also served significant prison time, who now works as a Reclamation Outreach Advocate for the Community Re-Entry program.

The six week "No Turning Back" program provides a series of workshops and sessions designed to help ex-offenders integrate back into society, find employment and build successful lives outside of the criminal culture.
