CEOGC News: CEOGC Head Start Students Visit Medical Mart Construction

On Thursday, August 4th, students from the CEOGC Head Start Center in East Cleveland experienced first-hand the massive construction project going on right in downtown Cleveland. The students had the opportunity to visit the Cuyahoga Country Administration offices and view the construction of the new Medical Mart and Convention Center.
Students visited the entrance to the construction site where a construction engineer explained to them the construction activity taking place. Then the students had a brief tour of the county building where they experienced a hands-on demonstration involving construction materials and showubf the importance of safety equipment.
After the demonstration the students got a bird's-eye view of the construction in action from the office windows of the County administration building.
