If you’re a young adult in Cuyahoga County from the age range of 18-24, you want to spend your summer with the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland! Every year during the summer months, CEOGC’s Workforce team hosts the MOVERS Program; an opportunity that has changed the trajectory of some of our customers’ lives.

This six-week Young Adult MOVERS Program is specially designed for unemployed, under-employed and low-income residents between 18 and 24 years old in Cuyahoga County. The program meets Monday-Friday from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. NEW THIS YEAR: Participants in the program will be offered a financial stipend. In order to register, students must possess a High School Diploma or GED.  The goal is to expose participants to various employment and education opportunities in and around the Cleveland area. Upon completion, students acquire the IC3:  Information Technology Certification, WorkKeys: National Career Readiness Certification and Job Readiness Certification in their preparation for a successful career path. The first session begins on June 24 and continues until August 1.
