This week, the Council for Economic Opportunities’ Head Start students participated in a center-wide rock painting activity at William Patrick Day Head Start center. Children were invited to decorate rocks in preparation for our first ever Kindness Walk!

During the walk on June 22, the children had the opportunity to hide their rocks for others to find in order to help spread cheer and kindness throughout the community. Each rock has a tag on the back with #CEOGCHeadstartRocks. If you find a decorated rock, we encourage you to take a picture of yourself with the rock and re-hide it so that we can see how far the rocks and kindness will travel.

See below for pictures from the event. Thank you to everyone who came out to help spread kindness and cheer throughout the community. We look forward to seeing your pictures!
