We’ve heard your concerns, so we’re implementing a new phone number and online scheduling option for clients utilizing our HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program).
The new phone number (216) 350-8008, goes live on September 1st, and has more than 20 lines open at one time. That means customers should never hear a busy signal when calling to schedule a HEAP appointment.
NEW THIS YEAR: HEAP customers will also have the opportunity to make appointments online through https://ceogc.itfrontdesk.com.
Just a reminder, the HEAP Winter Crisis program begins on November 1st. This program helps income eligible Greater Cleveland residents that are threatened with disconnection, have been disconnected or have less than a 25 percent supply of bulk fuel in their tank maintain their utility service. This is a one-time benefit, and is to be used in emergency situations, when you are faced with disconnection.
Just like last year, you must have an appointment to be seen for the Winter Crisis Program. We no longer accept walk-in customers.
